
The salty ham and cheese cake allows you to prepare a quick meal without too many complications and flavorful. It is also ideal to take to the beach, mountain or the typical dinner suit (I brought the pie, I brought the tortilla...). This cake is the classic sandwich joint. Enjoy it!
Option 1: salted ham and cheese pie
Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 200 g cheese cream (type Philadelphia)
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 200 ml of liquid cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped oregano
- 3 eggs
- 250 g ham cubes
- 1 large onion
- 50 g grated cheese
- A bit of salt and pepper
- 1 splash of olive oil
Procedure:

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Peel the onion and chop into strips. Heat a little oil in a pan and when it is hot, fry the onion to fire medium until it begins to color.
- Add the ham to skillet, stirring to mix with the onion and saute a few minutes until it acquires a golden color. When ready, remove the onion and ham from the Pan and squeeze to remove the excess oil. Book.
- In a mixer Bowl put eggs, cream cheese, the cream, oregano, the crumbled chicken stock cube and a little salt and pepper. Grind it all until a smooth cream is obtained.
- Stretch the dough pastry on a work table and place on an oven dish previously oiled, removing what above above the edges.
- Pour eggs over pasta mixture and spread over the onion and ham. Sprinkle with cheese to taste.
- Bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes, until the cream has fruit set and the pastry is golden brown.

Ingredients:
- 1 small onion
- Olive oil
- 100 g of crushed tomato
- 150 g milk
- 150 g cooking cream
- 2 eggs
- 100 g grated cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- 9 slices of bread
- 6 slices of ham
- 6 slices of cheese
- Tomato sauce (for garnish)
Procedure:

- Put oil in a skillet and add the finely chopped onion. Sauté until tender and add the crushed tomatoes. Leave to cook for 5 minutes.
- Add onion and tomato in a blender jar. Add the milk, cream, eggs, grated cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Whisk together until you get a uniform mixture.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease a pan with butter or spray.
- Put three slices of bread on the Pan, dump by over one-third of the mixture of cream and tomato, crushing to make bread absorbs it. Put on top 3 slices of ham and three slices of cheese. Repeat up to follow three layers, ending with the bread and mix.
