Procedure:

Ingredients of fruit pizza:

  • 500 g flour strength
  • 1 packet yeast
  • A few drops of orange blossom water
  • 100 g sugar
  • Salt
  • 175 ml milk
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 150 g chocolate fondant
  • ½ Cup of cream
  • Nuts
  • Chopped almonds
  • Dried fruits

Procedure:

  • Mix well the flour with yeast, orange blossom water, sugar, salt, milk, butter and egg until a smooth mixture forms. Cover with a cloth until it doubled in size (approximately one hour).
