Don't skip breakfast!

A good breakfast is essential to start the day and to have the energy needed to deal with everything. How often we have heard say this? Continue however, breakfast little or nothing because we got up without appetite or the rush. Is a tremendous mistake not breakfast; you have to remember that you have eaten nothing in many hours.
What? You wake up running, do not eat breakfast, have a morning of dogs because you lack the energy and when it comes time for the food... would eat you with a truck. Result: you eat more than you need and all afternoon are heavy. Seems contradictory, but people who eat breakfast good have fewer weight problems and those who do not, bring problems with memory and concentration and of course with bad character throughout the day.
 
Breakfast sits the Foundation of a good diet and therefore benefits to our health. Is proven that breakfast well decreases the chances of becoming diabetic.
In the case of children, a good breakfast is even more important, of course. Your body and brain are actively growing and heavily dependent on the regular consumption of foods. No breakfast and spend a long period of time without eating, the child could suffer various problems physical, intellectual, and behavioral.

Good breakfast and start the day with force

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. There are many reasons, but here are the basics:
  • Increases your activity, both physical and intellectual. If you have the appropriate levels of sugar in the blood, more and better yields.
  • Provides adequate nutrition to your body. A breakfast with cereal or bread full and gives the vitamins and minerals you need your body, avoiding that eat too much throughout the day.
  • Helps slimming. If not "died of hunger" to the next meal, you will eat less and therefore lose weight.

The foundations of the perfect breakfast

These are the elements that must contain a breakfast balanced:
  • Dairy. You can choose which you like the most, but it is better that they be skimmed (low-fat) or with low fat content. Mainly milk or yogurt are ideal. They provide vitamins, proteins and calcium.

It is important to keep in mind that breakfast should provide about 25% of our daily caloric intake. Course, we must try to combine the different elements in a balanced way, to our body to absorb vitamins, fiber, carbohydrates and minerals needed.
