The Kundalini is the energy that everyone has inside, and most powerful yoga is referred to.
The body is composed of seven chakras or energy points which are housed in the eyes and face, mouth, neck, chest, diaphragm, abdomen and pelvis. These rings of tension are the receivers and transmitters of the vital energy of the body. The chakras are of vital importance since they represent the life consciousness of our life.

The master and creator of Kundalini Yoga was Yogi Bhajan. He dedicated his life to the teaching of an earthly and spiritual union. He left behind his life in the India to travel to Europe and share their wisdom in one way more than curious: instead of teaching people, I think teachers, and thus assured the survival of the Kundalini.One of the phrases of the Yogi Bahjan, which have been left for posterity is: "If you can not see God in everything, will not see it at all".
