A friend of the family of Yogaesmas asked me this question on Facebook:

I wanted to know if I would like to start practicing yoga, would could do it alone from my home? How should the place that I choose to do so be? I mean your lighting, or space. What features should be so that it would be a good place to practice yoga at home?

Your question, I loved because I am sure that is a question that comes up a lot of people who want to start doing yoga at home, so my answer goes to whoever you want to start.

I feel that the most important thing to start is wanting to do it. Select a time in which you have some peace of mind as it is ideal that you're completely in your practice. At the beginning you might cost, but stay tuned to your body so that you can feel each posture, your breathing and calm and peace that you will experience.

How to doYoga at Home

To do yoga at home, you only need a small space in a distraction-free place, quiet, clean and ventilated. Any loose clothing so you can move all the joints of the body comfortably.
