Option 1: vegetable cake
Ingredients:
- 1 Leek
- 1 onion
- 3 carrots
- 150 g mushrooms
- 4 eggs
- 200 ml of liquid cream
- 1 dash of olive oil

Procedure:

- Preheat the oven down to 160 ° C.

Ingredients:

- 3 carrots
- 150 g frozen tender peas
- 150 g frozen green beans

- 4 eggs

Procedure:
- Peel the onion and cut it into thin slices.
- Wash the zucchini under water very well, remove the ends, peel it and cut into medium slices.

Ingredients:

- 1 jar of salad vegetables
- 1 small onion
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml evaporated milk
- 75 g of grated emmental cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- Oil to grease the mould
Procedure:

- Preheat oven to 190 ° C.
