  • Add meat to pot or skillet along with the cumin and crushed garlic.

  • Put the tomato paste and let the preparation reaches its boiling point. If you want a meat with sauce consistency, add ½ Cup of red wine or beef broth. Add salt and pepper.

  • Six clean lettuce green and purple leaves
  • A sliced Zucchini
  • Mushrooms or sliced mushrooms
  • ½ Cup cilantro or parsley leaves
