Spaghetti with orange sauce

Spaghetti with orange sauce

  • 1 -boil the spaghetti or noodles in a pot with plenty of water for 20 minutes. If you want to have them in less time, you can do them in a pressure cooker. That you enter well and you can close the pot, leave the water is heated and when they are soft, push them down. Close the pot and when the pilot goes up, allow 5 minutes.
  • 2fry the onion in small pieces along with the garlic. Add the chicken and the bacon cut into small pieces seasoned.
  • 3 - prepare the Orange sauce. Put in a saucepan with the sugar and the grated orange juice; Let it simmer until a kind of syrup. Then add a tablespoon of Dijon mustard, removes well and let sit a couple of minutes.
  • 4 - Add the spaghetti to the sauce. If you want you can decorate them once presentations with a little chopped parsley.

Suggestions to make this recipe

  • You can substitute chicken and bacon for meatballs. It is very original.
  • You can add a few raisins and pine nuts to the Orange sauce, if you like an Andalusian touch.

  • 250 grams of spaghetti or noodles

  • 250 grams of pumpkin
  • 1 splash white quality wine
  • 1 glass of fresh orange juice
  • 200 ml of cream for cooking
  • Butter, salt and pepper.

How to prepare them:
