It cleanses your liver in a week

The liver is one of the most important organs of our body. It has the great ability to regenerate, but it is also one of the organs most affected due to poor nutrition, toxic habits and negative emotions.
In this article we explain how to make a complete cleansing of the liver in a period of seven days.

How do we know if we overloaded liver?

There are several symptoms that confirm that we should purify our liver:

Breakfast

Half an hour later we can have breakfast. We recommend to start with a natural grapefruit juice breakfast. If we want to sweeten it we add a little honey bee or stevia.
Then you can choose one of the following breakfast we alternate every day if we so wish:
  • Option 1: Smoothie fruit (Apple, pear, pineapple or banana) with vegetable drink of oatmeal or rice, a teaspoon of Brewer's yeast, 1 teaspoon of ground pollen, a handful of prunes and ground almonds.

The morning

Since this is not a slimming regime, we don't have to go hungry. Therefore, if we are hungry mid-morning we can eat a piece of fruit or a handful of nuts.
What if will have to take every day average tomorrow will be an infusion of any of the following medicinal plants:
  • Boldo
  • Thistle
  • Dandelion

Food

The food will be based on three dishes that we can combine or mix:
  • Starter: Gazpacho, salad or roasted Apple
  • Second dish: Brown rice, quinoa, pasta, millet or cooked or baked potato
  • Third course: fish, white meat or vegetables
We can dress meals with extra virgin olive, a little salt oil marine and vinegar in the morning
We will finish the food equally with one of the Teas that we have mentioned

The afternoon

Average late we can take something as mid morning, and take the third and last infusion of the day.

Dinner

If we want to take care of our liver dinner they must always be light and not very late, since the liver is regenerated in the early hours of the morning, and to do it properly should have finished the digestive process.
