  • Three scoops vanilla or coconut ice cream
  • 2 ounces white rum or vodka
  • ½ Cup pineapple juice concentrate
  • 2 oz coconut liqueur
  • 1/2 Cup ice
  • Strawberry Syrup

Preparation of the mudslide ice cream of coconut and pineapple

  • Pour all liquid ingredients in a mixing glass or leads directly to Blender. It then adds ice cream and finally the ice until it becomes ice-blended.
  • Serve in a Martini Glass, garnish with a strawberry and coconut rain and a piece of pineapple syrup.

Chocomoka frozen mudslide

  • Two balls of ice cream chocolate
  • ¼ Cup of espresso
  • 2 oz. coffee liqueur
  • 2 oz. Irish cream or cream punch
  • 1 ounce of Frangelico
  • 1/2 Cup ice
  • Whipped cream
  • Cocoa powder
  • Mix all liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  • Add vanilla ice cream, beat very well, and then add the chocolate ice cream.
  • In a blender, shave ice and add it to the cocktail.
  • Pour into a glass with chocolate syrup. Garnish with whipped cream and cocoa powder.
If you want a cocktail more loaded frozen mudslide, adds up to three ounces by each one of the drinks. Similarly, you could join this cocktail with pieces of fruit and come up with new recipes from the classic mudslide with chocolate vanilla.
