On this occasion, we are going to show you how to make a delicious and fluffy cake de ron Bacardi. Actually it can be done with any brand of rum, as well as ron white or Golden, but it is advisable to use the cake, the famous Bacardi rum. Apart from being the most famous, it has a soft and intense flavour which allows the cake to be delicious and perfect.
A cake that will be "soaked", leaving the end taste of smooth rum, in a juicy pie. Also has a top layer of delicious and crunchy icing white sugar, so in a bite, you will experience two different textures: juiciness of the cake and crispy sugary glaze.
Bacardi rum cake is ideal to make a good coffee. If you're fond of wet, test done with coffee, since it will blend in addition the taste of coffee, and your icing will soften, melting in your mouth and you delight in a unique moment that will remind your palate for a long time.

Ingredients

For the cake base

  • 1 1/2 cups of pecan nuts, reserve 1/4 cup
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup golden rum, Bacardi brand
  • 1 packet of baking powder, special pastry
  • 1 small box of preparation of sugar-free Instant vanilla pudding
For glaze:
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1/2 cup golden rum (recommended: Bacardi)

Preparation:

Grease a mould and spread pecans in the bottom of the pan.
Beat eggs, oil, water and rum in Blender until everything is integrated.
Add to the mix the prepared pudding and yeast, and beat at medium speed about 3 to 5 minutes, until just soft texture is obtained.
Pour into the mould and Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 to 45 minutes. The cake should have a Brown light gold, but darkens with glaze.
Note: The glaze must be prepared about 10 minutes until the Bacardi rum cake is ready in the oven.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the sugar and water, bring to a boil. Once it begins to boil, remove from heat and add rum. Book.
When the cake is ready, remove from the oven and leave in pan. Gently puncture holes in the cake with a fork. Slowly pour half of the glaze over the cake making sure to fill all the holes. Click more holes on the other side gently and slowly pour half of the glaze over the cake. Fill the center of the cake of Bacardi rum with pecans that you've booked separately.
Let cool and enjoy. Bacardi rum cake is best if left at room temperature.
Note: Make sure that you have a long paper towels under the base of the cake, because the icing will extend from the sides of the cake.
