  • 6 sheets of lasagna
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 g of ricotta
  • 3 red peppers
  • 250 grams of spinach
  • 250 grams of grated mozzarella cheese

Steps to follow:

  • 1 - to make the sauce, chop onion, garlic and peppers, sauté in butter and oil.
  • 2 - when they are browned, pour the tomato sauce and spices.
  • 3in a pot, prepare lasagna as directed on the package.
  • 4-cooking the spinach in a little water and roast the peppers in the oven.
  • 5-mix both with a splash of oil.
