Philadelphia cheese cake (or another brand) is one of the easiest to make cheesecakes varieties. Unlike the recipe with fresh cheese, the philadelphia cheesecake offers the dough a creamy texture and a touch of acidity that make it special.
To produce it suffered a setback with the weight, so I had to improvise, thanks to that, we have this post by Philadelphia cheesecake without measures in grams, or weights. Even so, I will indicate the measures officers for anyone who wants to produce it this other way.

Ingredients for 4 people
400 g Philadelphia Cheese (if the containers are 150 GR no matter use 3)1 glass (of water) of sugar - 150 g
1 glass of milk - 150 CL
4 tablespoons flush of flour - 80 gr
1 egg
1 glass of diluted - 150 gr butter
Ingredients of the piecrust
1 package of maria cookies
1 ½ cup of milk

We will first prepare the piecrust and while baking, we develop the crust.- We will prepare the mold on that to make the cake. We cover what butter and flour that does not grip the mass.
- Heat a glass and a half of milk and pour over a large bowl. Chop a package of maria on milk cookies and let a couple of minutes that puffy.
- When we have completely homogeneous dough, cover the bottom of the pan.
- We bake for 8 minutes at 150 degrees.
- Beat an egg in a bowl (large). Add the butter well diluted (for example in the microwave) and sugar. We beat with a stick until a homogeneous mass.
- Add the tubs of Philadelphia cheese, flour and the glass of milk. Being a thicker texture, we will need to help us in the Blender to make a smooth dough.
- Pour the dough onto the mould on the piecrust and bake. The times will be 30 minutes at 170 degrees.
- We will check that the mass has been well made by inserting the tip of a knife or fork. If it comes out clean have the prepared cake, but we will continue baking for 10 minutes at low temperature or oven.
- When the cake this list, let cool and cover the top of blueberry or raspberry jam.
