Many people believe that this is impossible. When we talk about fats, we always think that they have a negative effect on our organism. But this is a huge mistake. Eliminate fats completely from our diet is never a good idea.

  • Control the consumption of saturated fats as much as possible. They are those from animals like dairy products and fatty meat sources.
  • Choose polyunsaturated fats and try to consume foods high in fatty acids. The omega-3 found in fish oils (blue and cold water), as well as in whole grains, fruits and vegetables.
