Ham mousse

Perhaps the word "mousse" not can relate it much with the ham. Well, you can use "pate" If you are family or more accurate. No matter much how say you, the truth is that these recipes are delicious and you will not fail to try them.

Option 1 to prepare ham mousse

Ingredients (for 4 servings)

  • 200 grams of cooked ham
  • 100 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 100 cc of milk or cream cream
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 7 grams of unflavored gelatin
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper canned (or natural)

  • 100 grams of cheese spread
  • 50 grams of goat cheese
  • 30 grams of cream for cooking
  • 10 grams of brandy or cognac
  • Parsley chopped to taste
  • Pepper to taste

  • 350 grams of ham baked in a piece
  • 200 grams of prosciutto in slices
  • 1 tin of ham pate
  • 100 grams of white cheese
  • 200 cm3 of cream of milk or cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped capers
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
  • Salt to taste

  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 200 cc of milk cream
  • 5 drops of tabasco sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Milk quantity required


  • 1 - in a blender mix the Ham with cheese.
  • 2-usa wine to hydrate the gelatin and pour in the previous preparation.
