Line a 22 cm mould square aluminum with paper.
In a saucepan, mix the sugar, butter and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Continue cooking until the mixture reaches 234 ° C metering on a candy thermometer.
Add the white chocolate and strawberry, cream , stirring to combine. Add nuts and vanilla and stir well.
Pour into the prepared mold.
Chill for at least 4 hours.

For the strawberry sauce:

For the strawberry sauce, mix strawberries and honey in a bowl and then pour onto a wire rack, which are distributed on a baking tray. Dry the strawberries in the oven for four hours, or until it is dry but still soft.
Book a few strawberries to the dressing and mix the rest in the Blender, until smooth. Add the sugar, to taste.
For the caramelized hazelnuts, heat the sugar in a skillet over high heat, melt until they are golden. Stir nuts and continue cooking for another 2 minutes approximately.
It leans the mixture out on a tray lined with baking paper. Let cool completely, then break into small pieces with a roller.
For the nougat
Put the egg whites and sugar in a bowl and cook a Bain-Marie. Beat the mixture until it is frothy and the sugar has dissolved.
