Frost lemon refreshing cake!

Frosted lemon cake, light and spring-like. Recipe that you need no baking is an ideal dessert for those days, filled with freshness and sweetness and taste.
This dessert as well as being delicious is creamy and cold as ice cream. It's a recipe simple that we can easily do with the little kids, who just take their first steps in the kitchen.
The combination of cold, the citrus of the lemon and crispy biscuit, give texture and flavor to this cake that we could eat perfectly during a picnic or a barbecue at home.
