The biscuits, flan and chocolate cake is a composition of three delicacies, that together, they form one of the most rich and easy desserts that exist. Rare is the child that has not made with his mother or his teacher at school biscuits, flan and chocolate cake.

Maybe the version without flan. Dunking cookies in milk and pouring chocolate or Nutella above, we created a simple and delicious dessert.

On this occasion, we will show you this "child" recipe, but adding custard in the Middle, and coverage over chocolate. So there is no doubt, we will give you the complete recipe of biscuits, flan and chocolate cake. Notes:

Cookies, flan and chocolate cake 


  • 1 package of Neapolitan type cookies
  • 1 liter and a half of milk
  • 300 grams of milk chocolate
  • 200 grams of dark chocolate for coverage or fondant
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • Two envelopes prepared for classic flan (Mandarin, Royal, Squire, etc.)

Note: We are going to prepare our cake cookies, custard and chocolate preferiblemente into a rectangular mold, since this time the cookies that we use are also rectangular (Neapolitan type).

  • We dip the cookies in a glass of milk and are brewing them orderly in the mold of rectangular up to cover the base.
  • If at the edges it had holes, we set out cookies with the knife or hand and fill these gaps, to make a complete base.
  • Put the 300 grams of chocolate milk in a saucepan and add a glass of milk.
  • Put to heat over high heat. We remove all until the chocolate is dissolved in milk and thicken.
  • Once the chocolate, pour half in the cake, cookies aligned based on rank. Deal all right, extending it with the help of a pastry language. We reserve the rest of the chocolate.
  • If the base cookie had placed them horizontally or vertically, in this layer we will place them in the opposite direction.
  • Also, we get wet them in milk and complete layer on all of the mold.
  • In the next layer Add flan. We will make the custard according to the chosen brand.
  • If you have chosen to make the classic flan Mandarin, will do so in the following manner: Add sugar and an envelope of Mandarin classic flan in a saucepan. Put it over high heat and we are adding milk slowly.
  • Stir with a hand whisk until we have all the added milk and dissolve the ingredients. Once we have half a liter of milk added to the pot, do not stop stirring until the prepared flan comes to a boil.
  • When it breaks to boil, we put out the fire and remove it. We left a few minutes sit a bit and add all to tartup the cookies.
  • Let stand for 10 minutes, until the custard is set a little.


  • Then add another layer of crackers. We get wet them in milk and place them in the opposite direction to the previous layer, and in the same as the base.
  • Place over the rest of milk chocolate melted had reserved.
  • Again in the previous counter, place another layer of cookies wet in milk.
  • Optionally, we coloremos over a layer of grated coconut sprinkled on cookies, flan and chocolate cake.
  • Then make another prepared flan as in the previous point, or as directed by the chosen brand of flan. Pour over the shredded coconut.
  • Let stand for another 10 minutes until the top egg custard set.
  • We will put up another layer of biscuits soaked in milk, in the opposite direction to the layer of cookies below.
  • Now, we finish it our biscuits, flan and chocolate cake, with chocolate fondant or coverage.
  • We will add 200 grams of chocolate fondant or coverage in a saucepan with half a liter of milk. It put everything to high heat and stir until chocolate is melted and forms a thick chocolate.
  • Optionally, add a shot of hazelnut liqueur and stir a few minutes. After a minute of rest, we add it to the cake.
  • To ambient temperature, Let stand for our cake cookies, custard and chocolate a half an hour and, once warm, will put it in the refrigerator at least 6 hours up to a maximum of 24 hours.
  • Once after 24 hours, will be a compact pie with layers together, cold and refreshing.
  • Decorate the cake as you like: Lacasitos, M & Ms, nuts, chips of colors, etc.
  • Serve and enjoy.
