Sauce 3: Salsa brava

Ingredients:

  • 700 g of crushed tomatoes
  • 1 chili pepper Cayenne
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons red cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Procedure:

  • Put to heat a skillet over medium heat and add the oil.
  • When hot, add chopped onion and chilli.
  • Add a little salt and sauté until the onion begins to be golden.
  • Add the cayenne pepper.
  • Saute a few seconds that won't burn.
  • Add the tomato paste and stir well. Add salt to taste.

  • Pass it through a food mill or a strainer on the serving dish.
  • The sauce can be served both hot and cold.

Salsa 4: honey-mustard sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • Honey
  • Mustard
  • Sunflower oil
  • Vinegar
  • Salt

Procedure:

  • Break the egg into a bowl to mixer.
  • Add a pinch of salt and a drizzle of oil.
  • Put the Blender at the minimum and add the oil slowly. Continue beating while is emulsified until a mayonnaise forms.
  • When the mayonnaise is almost ready, add the mustard and honey, stirring gently with a spoon until they have incorporated completely. You regulate the quantities of honey and mustard to your liking.
  • Finish rolling by adding more oil if required.

Sauce 5: McDonalds Deluxe potato sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons cream 35% fat (cream to mount)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Stems of chives
  • Salt and pepper

Procedure:

  • Pour the cream in a bowl and add the juice of half a lemon. Beat with a whisk until the mixture thickens and forms sour cream.
  • Add the mayonnaise and mix until a smooth and creamy mixture.
  • Add sugar, onion, garlic powder, some pepper and a pinch of salt.
  • Chop the chives and add to the sauce. The chive is what gives it the flavor, so is not optional.
  • Stir the sauce with a whisk until a smooth mixture.
  • Cover it with cling film and put it in the fridge so it thickens.
