One of the readings that I recommend for the mental health of all of us is Rafael Santandreu book, «The art of not become bitter life». Reading can extract the idea that emotions are born of the thoughts, and it can be translated in that sometimes we feel bad and because we have a way of thinking wrong and harmful.

From a rational point, Santandreu makes us reflect on the unhealthy situations in which we usually fall. People suffer with circumstances beyond us, but above all, we suffer ourselves, locking us at times between the four walls of our cognitive process wrong.
