Pasta with broccoli and Sun-dried tomatoes
Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 350 grams of pasta
- 1 broccoli
- 1 shallot
- White wine
- 6 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 6 Sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- Cheese to taste
- Chili or anchovies optional
Preparation

- Clean the broccoli and cut into pieces. Cook in water with salt for 15 minutes.
- In a skillet, put the oil and the shallots into thin slices and FRY. Add the red pepper and broccoli and cook for a few minutes.
- Deglaze with white wine and add the chopped dried tomatoes .
- Cook pasta, drain and pour into the pan with the sauce, add a few tablespoons of the cooking water. Season with cheese and serve hot.
Pasta Alfredo, au gratin with broccoli, bacon and cheese
A plate of simple preparation that requires few ingredients.Ingredients:
- 400 grams of pasta
- 500 grams of broccoli
- 200 g of pancetta or bacon
- 200 grams of cheese
- 200 ml of white sauce (cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg, cheese)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Cheese to taste
Preparation
- For the realization of the pasta with broccoli, bacon and cheeseGratin, we started with the preparation of broccoli put to cook in water with salt, after being washed and cut into small sprigs.
- Cook until they are tender and remove them with a slotted spoon and resume boiling for pasta.
- In a skillet, add a little olive oil and when hot, saute the bacon cut into cubes, add broccoli and mix well to combine the ingredients (if necessary, add a few tablespoons of the broccoli cooking water). Optionally, you can put a little chili or anchovy, skipping everything. In this step, measures the salt, since these two ingredients tend to give a too-salty taste to dishes.

- Add the white sauce and season with salt and pepper.
