
Well as all we know, the majority of the food we eat on a daily basis are treated with large amounts of preservatives and additives between other substances used to keep foods in good condition for longer and look more appetizing; It is impossible to try to avoid eating these foods, but it is important to know what could be the effects that produce health in general consumers.
Effects that produce the preservatives in our body
There are some studies that found that the effects of long term preservatives can cause chronic diseases, yet it is said that there are still many studies be done in this regard, however there are tests which confirm that the artificial ingredients used in foods can be very harmful to health.
It is like much of additives and colorants that they are added to many food products can cause breathing difficulty or aggravate symptoms. In asthma patients some elements such as sodium benzoate, aspartame , and some others can sometime cause serious attacks and also trigger allergic reactions of great importance.
In some experiments have been conducted with rats, found that the preservatives can cause serious damage to the heart. Another effect that may suffer in the long run is the cancer .
According to a study of InChem on carcinogenesis, preservatives and additives, many of these elements are transformed into toxicants to be digested, because nitrites and nitrates when combined with juices and stomach enzymes, can become cancer-causing agents.
Do effects cause the preservatives in children?
Many times some medications, foods, or any other substance may have effects very different children, preservatives for example may cause an increase in disorder attention deficit, although they can also cause hyperactivity.

These bad feeding habits are also the cause of the increase in diseases such as diabetes, obesity and many other bad health. It is very important to the vast majority of people in the world to take conscience of the importance that has to start to take care of feeding our family and ours, leaving aside all meals that can harm our body and thus have a healthier life.
