  1. I was thinking lightly butter garlic saute and chopped shrimp, mixed with little bits of goat cheese, blue cheese, minced green onion, then baked just enough to finish the shrimp and melt the cheese a little, serve with a slice of lemon and tomato, salt and pepper.
