- 3 medium potatoes
- ½ cucumber
- ½ Onion
- ¼ red bell pepper
- ¼ green pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 tomato
- 50 grams of salmon (smoked or oil)
- 8 walnuts
For Basil Vinaigrette:
- 6 fresh basil leaves
- 1 lime
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil and salt to taste
Steps:
- 1-cooker eggs with water and salt for 12 minutes and cool with cold water to be able to peel them and that cool. Cut into slices.
