  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Ingredients (for 8 people):

  • 5 eggs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 stick of cinnamon

  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Grated nutmeg
  • Liquid caramel


  • Boil the milk with the cinnamon and orange peel for one minute.

  • Slowly pour milk over eggs stirring constantly.

  • Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
