What do we need?

To develop the two daily servings of this medicinal recipe we will need the following ingredients:
  • 300 or 400 grams of white cabbage.
  • 2 Tablespoons (50 g) extra virgin olive oil.
  • Juice of half a lemon.
  • A pinch of ground black pepper , to taste.
  • A pinch of cumin, to taste.
  • Half a teaspoon (5 grams) of sea salt or Himalayan salt.

How do we do it?

We will prepare this recipe in the morning, so that he can stand for a few hours until we eat it.
  • Cut the cabbage into thin strips or you can grind it in a food processor. You should not become liquid.
  • We put it in a glass container.
  • We add the oil, lemon juice, salt and spices.
  • Cover the bowl and leave it to marinate at least two hours, at room temperature.

How do we take it?

  • We also give out no amount prepared in two servings and will take each one of them as an accompaniment of the lunch and dinner, respectively.
  • We will have to chew well this dish, since otherwise it can cause flatulence. Precisely to avoid this just add the cumin.
  • Medicinal recipe will accompany our regular menus and should not replace the portions of carbohydrates, proteins and fats we need.
