Soft drinks... are all healthy?

Soft drinks can cause tooth decay and hinder the absorption of calcium in the bones, therefore are associated with the weakening of bone structure

Soft drinks drinks that we, generally, outside meals, either to catch forces, or to eat while we talk to someone we know.

are all soft drinks good for our health?
Cola drinks contain mostly carbonated water, sugars (primarily flavorings, colorings, preservatives) and caffeine. Food calories to our body, i.e. energy. As well, these soft drinks contribute "empty" calories our bodies, i.e., they do not provide energy, not nourish it.
In addition, research warn its harmfulness for the effects that can have on our body a high quantity of these soft drinks. Cases of caries in teeth, due to declines in the levels of potassium and sugars which contain,can be given which can degenerate into deadly diseases, such as heart problems or risk of muscle problems. This last can be due to phosphoric acid containing some preservatives. Cases are also associated weakening of bone structure, especially in women.
Caffeinesubstance which is obtained from the seeds and leaves of coffee, tea, and other vegetables, and has a bitter taste, it is exciting. It is often used as tonic for the heart, so it has action in the nervous system. It is known by all that caffeine stimulates and facilitates intellectual work and muscle activity. If taken in moderation (equivalent to two cups of coffee a day = 200 mg/day), does not impact negatively on our body, it is more, it produces nice effects. But we must be careful, because if the quantity consumed is higher (400-600 mg/day), their consequences can be dangerous: tachycardia, nervousness, insomnia, etc...
This must be monitored and be very attentive especially with young children, since having less body weight as an adult, the effects of caffeine may be greater in them.
So fine, alcoholic beverages are not the only that we must be careful about the negative effects that can be produced in our body and our health. Cola soft drinks, taken from time to time, and in reasonable amounts, are harmless, but a consumer without measure can be equally harmful.
