Pollo Lo Mein
Chicken Lo Mein is a typical dish of very versatile and tasty Chinese cuisine. The reason for this is that it can be prepared with a wide variety of ingredients, such as vegetables, pork and shrimp.
If you are a lover of the Eastern food you should not miss this recipe, because despite having a level of complexity a little high, the result that it will be worth it. We decided to do it with vegetables, but you can do it with your favorite ingredients:

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 pound angel hair pasta
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
  • 1 package of frozen vegetables
  • 1 pound chicken breast without skin

Preparation

Cut the chicken breast into small, bite-size strips.
