  1. First, close your eyes and tight eyelids firmly for about five seconds, then relax them and open them every way we can. Repeat 5 times.
  2. We will then make small circles by pressing with the index fingers around eyes, following the route of the eyebrows and the cheek bone.
  3. Finally, we rub your hands until they come into heat and place the Palm above the eyes, loosely, for a few seconds.

Rosy cheeks
